Disclaimer & terms

We build software. You own the trading.

In one line: ISF Technologies is a software engineering company. We are not SEBI-registered, we give no trading advice, and we are not responsible for your profit or loss.

Software & infrastructure only

ISF Technologies (ISF) provides trading software and infrastructure — execution engines, order-routing gateways, sandboxes, dashboards and custom development. That is the entirety of what we sell.

Not a SEBI-registered adviser, analyst or broker

We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager or Stock Broker. We do not provide trading tips, investment advice, buy/sell signals, strategy recommendations, or any view on what you should trade. Nothing on this site or in our products is a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

No responsibility for profit or loss

We do not guarantee profits, returns, or performance of any kind. All trading decisions — and all resulting profit or loss — are solely your responsibility. Trading in securities and derivatives carries a real risk of loss, including loss greater than your capital. Past or simulated results do not indicate future outcomes.

Compliance-grade — operated on your own account

Our infrastructure is engineered to be compliance-grade: SEBI-style static-IP order routing, audit trails, rate governance and kill switches. Any service that places or manages live orders does so through your own broker account, under your own credentials and your own registered arrangements. You remain the account holder and the decision-maker at all times. Where a service would route or manage orders for third parties, it is onboarded only through a SEBI-registered broker / advisory arrangement that you hold.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your broker relationship, your exchange/SEBI obligations, your API usage limits, your capital and risk limits, and for testing any configuration in paper/sandbox before going live. Software can fail; you must run it with appropriate safeguards and supervision.
